Dr Julian Lim

Dr Julian Lim, a sleep and mindfulness expert, holds an Ivy League PhD in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

As a former Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS and NUS, he pioneered mindfulness-based sleep treatments in Singapore. With over 40 publications, he is an Adjunct Professor at NUS's Centre for Sleep and Cognition.

Eric Lim

Eric Lim, is Singapore's second Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher.

He led Brahm Centre's mindfulness curriculum and research from 2014-2023. With extensive experience in mindfulness education across various sectors, Eric was awarded the Young Model Caregiver Award and a Ministry of Health fellowship.

John Yu

John Yu, MSc Clinical Psychology (JCU Singapore), combines research, training, and practice experience. He excels in youth work and uses evidence-based methods for all ages, believing in clients' potential for growth.

John focuses on digital habits, sleep health, and solutions for issues like maladaptive media use and bedtime procrastination.
