GROUP THERAPY

For those who prefer to journey with others towards better sleep, Somnus offers Group Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy For Insomnia (Group CBT-I).

Group CBT-I is a structured six-session weekly program conducted in groups of 6 people, and is perfect for those who want companionship, support and an affordable alternative to individual treatment on their journey to better sleep.

SLEEP HEALTH SCREENING

As the first provider of this service in Singapore, Somnus offers a 20-minute Sleep Health Screening that gives you valuable insights into your sleep wellness.

Through scientifically validated questionnaires, a computerized alertness assessment, and a risk evaluation for common sleep disorders, you'll receive a personalized report empowering you to make informed decisions about your sleep health.
