Participants learn how stress affects sleep, the importance of sleep for daily performance, and mindfulness principles and techniques. Outcomes include improved sleep, reduced stress, enhanced relationships, and increased focus and productivity.

The course covers sleep science, welcoming sleep, unwinding the mind, and trusting the body and mind.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy for Insomnia

The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Therapy for Insomnia (MBTI) course, developed at Northwestern University, combines mindfulness practices with sleep behavioral strategies to improve sleep quality.

The course includes tutorials on sleep science and psychology, guided mindfulness exercises, behavioral strategies for home use, and weekly group discussions. Outcomes include improved sleep quality, reduced nighttime wakefulness, and a healthier relationship with sleep.

The course is backed by rigorous scientific testing and research conducted in Singapore.
